2. Free Warehouse Pickup

You are welcome to collect your order directly from our showroom/warehouse in Greensboro, NC at no charge.

• Process: Please allow 1–2 business days for us to inspect, clean, and prep your items. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

3. Delivery Scheduling & Acceptance

For larger furniture items, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window. We require you to inspect items at the time of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
