1. Return Window – 30 Days

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery or warehouse pickup to request a return for any reason. We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

2. Return Cost – FREE

Returns are completely free. We will arrange return pickup at no charge to you, or you may drop the item off at our Greensboro showroom warehouse free of charge.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return and full refund:

• The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup date.
• The item must be in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of refund approval within 1–2 business days. Your full refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. No restocking fees. Full amount returned.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is not as described, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
